By requesting access to videos of The PEER Group Inc. (“PEER”), you agree that PEER may act as your agent to create an account with the third party web host through which PEER’s videos are provided. Where you are entitled to view PEER videos as a result of an active support and maintenance plan with PEER, PEER will set up an account with a user name and password on your behalf, and will send you such user name and password to allow you to access PEER videos. If you wish to delete your account, please contact PEER, and we will do so on your behalf; likewise, if you have any difficulty logging in to view the videos, PEER will make every effort to resolve any issues with the third party web host. Through the account created by PEER, you are entitled to view PEER’s videos, and your use of the account shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party web host. Review and compliance with such third party terms and conditions are solely your responsibility. PEER shall not be responsible for any non-compliance by you with such terms and conditions.
